Product Details

Dodge split-housed, mounted tapered roller bearings uniquely utilize a completely sealed S1U inner bearing unit. The inner bearing cartridge operates like a ball-and-socket in the housing, not raceways allowing for misalignment and expansion. EXL offers both expansion and non-expansion housings with the option to replace inner unit for inventory cost-reduction and increased uptime during changeouts.

Same S1U cartridge for both expansion and non-expansion housings
Up to four degrees misalignment capability in pillow blocks (+/- three degrees for flanges)
