- Fafnir RAO and LAO heavy type pillow blocks meet the need for a compact, economical, heavy-duty ball bearing housed unit. Designed to incorporate the tested and proven features of the Fafnir standard RAK series pillow blocks, the RAO series is equipped with heavy series GN-KRRB wide inner ring ball bearings for greater load capacity, and the LAO series is equipped with heavy series GN-KLLB wide inner ring bearings. All units are supplied with a self-locking collar which eliminates shaft shoulders, machining adapters, sleeves, locknuts, and provides easy mounting.
