Remove stock, blend welds and deburr stainless steel, cast iron and soft carbons like a champ using SG R981 coarse grit TS (Type II) quick-change cloth discs. Each disc is coated with a ceramic alumina blend so you can cut faster and use fewer discs than with aluminum oxide and zirconia discs. Heavy Y-weight backing reduces edge wear, further extending each disc's effective life. An advanced self-lubricating treatment applied to each disc reduces heat that can limit disc life and discolor stainless steel.
