The solenoid/air pilot design of this valve uses line pressure to shift the spool. Single solenoid valves may be mounted in any position. Double solenoid valves should be mounted horizontally. Synthetic rubber o-ring seals are specially compounded for superior wear and abrasion resistance. Solenoids are encapsulated in epoxy for low power consumption and maximum life. These valves are very tolerant to contamination both inside and out.
